You can even attach a trailer to your Tucson to tug along a boat, bikes, jet skis, and more. Without trailer brakes, the SUV tows up to 1,650 pounds when properly equipped. If you know that you will carry more weight, add trailer brakes to get a maximum towing capacity of 2,000 pounds when properly equipped.
